Requirements
- 65歳以上の方、または健康上心配な点がある方は、医師のサインが入ったPADIの病歴診断書の提出が必要です。
- 10歳よりご参加可能です。
- 12歳以下のお子様は、保護者の同伴が義務付けられています。
- ＜お子様の同行者について＞10歳以下の同行者がいる場合、最低1名の保護者も同行者として同伴をお願いいたします。その際、9歳以下のお子様は、必ずライフジャケットをご持参ください。
- 「同行者」でお申込みの方は海には入れません。
Restrictions
- 現在の健康状態および過去の病歴もダイビング参加に影響があり、ご参加いただけない場合もございます。心臓疾患・脳卒中・自然気胸・重い糖尿病・てんかん・血圧をコントロールする薬を服用しているお客様は、ダイビングに参加する前に医師とご相談ください。
- スキューバダイビング後18時間以内は、飛行機には搭乗しないでください。
- Parental consent is required for minors participation. Please fill out and sign the required waivers and submit them upon pick up at the designated hotel.
- 妊婦の方はご参加いただけません。
